Staff at Helping Hand refresh “Moving & Handling Training” annually to ensure that we provide the very best service to our clients – keeping them and our staff safe.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, most of our training was done through e-learning. It was therefore very beneficial in September 2020 and again in March 2022 to get some practical training and have the opportunity to ask questions. We all agreed that we have taken a lot from this refresher course. It was really nice to get together in small groups to share our experiences.
Regular training means that all clients can have complete confidence in us, whilst also ensuring that we maintain the high standards that we are well-known for in Grantham and the surrounding areas.
